Shenzhen Visa on Arrival for Indonesian

hi, am i eligible to have a Shenzhen Visa on Arrival ? i've booked a non refundable hotel for 3 night in Shenzhen

Vicky, Indonesians are technically eligible for 5 days Shenzhen visa on arrival, but their success in obtaining a visa has been recently relatively poor. In any case, you are allowed to try and I would do exactly that having in mind a non refundable hotel booking. I advise you to take a ferry from Hong Kong to Shekou port in Shenzhen and to apply there for Shenzhen VOA. You will present them your hotel booking and I hope that with this booking along with the fact that by ferry you have practically arrived in Shenzhen, that you will be granted a visa. Please, just have in mind the opening hours of Shekou port visa office: 9:00 - 13:00 & 14:30 - 16:30. Good luck!

Any port with 24 hours opening hours? Because I'll arrive in Hongkong around 5 p.m and need a lot of time to go to Shenzhen on the same day

No, unfortunately, this is not the case. Visa offices close at 16:30.
