is there operating time for the 144 visa issue counter/desk?

Question

Upon arrival, find the 144-hour visa-free counter at the immigration inspection to apply for the entry permit  For this counter, Is there operating hours ? Does anyone know if we have a late flight past 5pm, will there be someone that can issue these types of visa ? Is it like 9am to 5pm type of counters? Thanks in advance

Immigration will be open to meet every arriving flight, whatever time of day, and they will be able to process you. Note that you are not getting a visa at all if you are in transit without visa.
