About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Chengdu

Can I visit Chengdu when arriving and departing from Chongqing?

Hi,

We are planning to arrive in Chongqing (from LHR) and depart Chongqing within 144 hours to Hong Kong. Would we be able to visit Chengdu for a day trip?

No, you can not as they are in the different transit areas.
