Question

my flight is india to Hong Kong and then m go to Shenzhen by ferry from skypier . I need to collect baggage on arrival in Hong Kong airport & send directly

You don't need to go through HK immigration and pick up your luggage or you cannot  return to the ferry ticketing counter and use the ferry service.
