Dear Leong, where did you book the ticket? If you book from TravelChinaGuide, our booking agents will issue the tickets under your passport and send you an confirmation email. After, you can go to take the train simply with your passport. There is no need to collect the ticket.
If you want to keep the ticket, just collect it at the ticket office of your departure station, by showing your passport. Have a nice trip~0
