Q1 or Q2 visa

Which one is better for apply multiple entry, both visa can allow to enter and exit for multiple time? Or what’s the differences?

Q1 visa has a duration of stay over 180 days for each entry. Q2 visa has a duration of stay less than 180 days. They are both eligible for multiple entries.
