Q1 visa
Hi divorced from Chinese national wife, have a Chinese national daughter 22 years of age.
I'm currently in China on my 5 year Q2 visa which was issue while still married, but we divorced 3 years ago
How to change my visa to Q1
I will shortly get married again to a Chinese national, should a apply for Q1 in my daughter name or wait to I get married again?
Can I still legally stay on my Q2
