About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24h transit visa for China

I am a Moroccan national and I have a flight from France to Vietnam with Xiamen airlines with an 8h transit stopover and I saw on the internet a 24h visa exemption rule applicable to several countries. Do I need a visa for transit or is the 24H visa exemption rule applicable to me?
