Tourist visa extension

Hello,
I'm currently in Shanghai with a tourist visa that ends on the 18th October, and I would like to stay until November 4th.
I just went to the entry exit bureau and I didn't proceed because they would extend it 30 days from now. She told me I need to bring proof of why I want to stay longer, but my reason is just leisure and I'm not sure how to proof that. Will my flight back to Europe on November 4th be enough?
Also, when I go back to the bureau, I just need to bring my passport and itinerary and they will give the application form there? Or can I find the form online already?

In addition to the flight ticket back to Europe, you may also provide your travel itinerary in China.
There is no application form online yet, and you need to get it on the spot.

As I know, since October 9, you could make an appointment to that bureau and go right at the time of the appointment: s.nia.gov.cn/mps/main.html

It does not change a lot. You also need to extend the visa, at one of the entry and exit offices in Shanghai.
