About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Italian traveling from MANILA to MOSCOW passing trough CAN airport for 8hours but I have to collect

My luggage go out and do another check-in at the counter to register my luggages. Do I need a regular visa or I can apply for a 24hrs?

You do not need any kind of visa because your itinerary is perfectly eligible for 24 hour visa free transit in Guangzhou. It really does not matter the fact that you fly on separate tickets or similar. It is only up to the itinerary and your is definitely eligible for this visa free scheme. When you land in Guangzhou you will just approach 24 hour visa free transit counter where you will apply for a temporary entry permit to be allowed to formally enter China. This is formality and is done for free. After that you will collect your luggage and perform other formalities for your flight to Moscow.
