Is transit visa needed at Xiamen Airport for Filipinos going to Taiwan?

A Philippines Passport holder here going to Taiwan by Xiamen Airlines.
I will transit at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport for about 10 hours, do I still need a transit visa?
If so, is visa on arrival applicable or do I need to have a tourist visa before arrival?
