About:Nanjing Travel

Travelling to Nanjing & Hangzhou in Nov 2023.

1) Which is the best transportation from Nanjing Lukou Airport to Shuguang international Hotel Nanjing? Metro , taxi etc. How much does it cost and how long?
2) Is there any nearby walking distance from Shuguang international Hotel Nanjing to tourist attraction.
3) Hotel was nearby Nanjing Railway station. Is it a walking distance? If I going to Hangzhou, is it to take from Nanjing Railway Station to Hangzhou East Railway station? How long if taking high speed train and how much?

1. I prefer metro. First, take metro S1 line to Nanjing South Railway Station, then change to line 1 to Nanjing Railway Station, then walk to the hotel just next to the railway station. It takes about 80 minutes and CNY9.
You can also take airport bus line 1 to Nanjing Railway Station, then walk to the hotel. It takes 75 minutes and CNY20.
2. Xuanwu Lake is just to the south of the hotel. You can walk there in minutes.
3. Actually, the two are next to each other. From Nanjing Railway Station, there are trains to Hangzhou Station, Hangzhou East Station and Hangzhou South Station. You may choose one based on the departure time. The travel time is around 3 hours and ticket fare for a 2nd class seat is around CNY170 or CNY220.
