Transit visa Shenzen

May I get transit visa (Slovak nation) if I am travelling to Shenzen through Chongqqing? I will stay in Shenzen 2 nights, then I will go by ferry to Maccau for 1 night, and after that I am planning to go to Honkong for 1 nigth. Departure of my flight should be from Honkong throught Beijing to Budapest.
