can a Thai passporthulder get a Shenzhen part visa 5 days VOA

can a Thai passport-holder get a Shenzhen port visa, 5 days VOA for Shenzhen area only ,when coming from HongKong via land and leaving via air to Thailand 4 days later. The Thai persons had multiple tourists visas from the Chinese consulate before

It's not guaranteed you will succeed because the rejection rate is high recently.

My friend entered today with thai passport VOA. There were two other thai passport holders . All got the visa. Took 3 hours of waiting. There is a lunch. Break from 12:00 to 13:00.
Even after you get visa. It’s not guaranteed that you will be allowed to pass immigration. it helps to have a confirmed return within 5 days.
Also NO CASH accepted had to pay by cc Alipay WeChat pay…cost for thai 275rmb

Also download the health app on WeChat and fill out before you leave Hongkong.
