About:Tax Refund

tax refund for Hainan

Hi, we cannot find any tax refund counter at the Hainan Meilan airport, i had approached about 10 people including airline check in / custom office as well as airline customer service personal. how can i apply for tax refund after return to my home country ? i had all the documents prepared by the shopping mall S&S department store. your advise is much apprecaited.

The tax refund counter is next to Boarding Gate 15 of Meilan Airport. I'm not sure if you can still apply for the tax refund after leaving Hainan. It's advised to call Hainan Tax Bureau to consult the details: 010-0898-12366.
