About:Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen Ferry

Tax Refund

I Travelled via Ferry from HK Airport to Shenzhen Shekhou Port on Saturday 9th November. I did not get back my tax refund. Question is how can I claim.

It seems that you can only get tax refund only if you hold a flight ticket depart from HKIA.
