Tax Refund in Chongqing

Hi, I'll be visiting Chongqing next month and planning to buy a new iPhone there. May I know is there any official store around Jiefangbei that can able to do instant tax refund? Or I should get the refund at Chongqing Airport?

You can get instance tax refund at the shopping mall Star8Light with an Apple chain store on Yanghe First Road in Jiangbei District.
