About:China Visa on Arrival

A usa pax and a Guatemala pax

Whant to be in China from 13-24 October a big issue to have them done at home Can they do on arrival ? Of ther enter true Hongkong?

No, you need to apply for a visa in advance to stay for 11 days in China.
