About:China Visa on Arrival

VOA for Guatemalan

Im planning to go to the canton fair (i’ve been before) can I obtain my visa in Hong Kong or Tokio on nov 13th? So I can go to the fair on monday the 16th?

In fact, this is not VOA. You may have a try to apply for a regular visa in HK.
