T Visa validity

Hello, my work visa was cancelled and on my stay visa it's written that I am 'permitted to stay until August 19, 2023 this time (humanitarian).' Does this mean I can leave China anytime before 23:59p.m. on August 19, or do I have to be gone on August 18?

I think it should be 23:59 p.m on August 19. But I'm not sure what does the "this time" mean; maybe the time this temporary visa was issued? Why don't you ask the immigration staff for confirmation.
