About:How to Travel from Hong Kong to Shenzhen

Required Documents from HK to ShenZhen

Hi. May I know what document do I need to prepare if I travel from HK to LoWu at ShenZhen by MTR? I am planning for a day trip from ShenZhen to HK, I notice that entering HK is totally ok since I am holding Malaysia Passport but the problem is the return trip. I wondering if I need extra document except Visa, for instance PCR test to go back to ShenZhen. Thank you for any reply.

I'm afraid you do need a new visa. Because entering Hong Kong means you get out of mainland China and your original visa is not valid anymore. If you have a multiple-entry visa, then it is okay.

If you haven't been to other places in addition to China mainland and HK, within the 7 days, then no PCR test will be needed.
