About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

144 hour transit

Hi,
Do I qualify for 144hour transit?
London-Shanghai
Shanghai - Hong Kong
Hong Kong - London
We are only in Hong Kong for 90 minutes, and the tickets are separate - with different airlines (Cathay Pacific and BA)
