I am Philippine passport holder with green card holder Do I need to apply travel permit

I am Philippine national with green card holder plan to travel from Philippines to China do I need to apply travel permit and China visa and how much gonna cost the permit ? And I can I travel alone to Tibet ?

Yes, you need to apply for a visa to visit China; a single entry costs 1,400 peso.

No, foreigners are not allowed to travel to Tibet alone.
