Yes, you are definitely allowed to do that. 24 hour visa free transit allows travelers to use different airports, for certain. So, when you land at Bejing Capital airport you will do the following:
- Fill out an arrival card and tick the box on the arrival card where it is written - transit
- Perform a fingerprinting at automatic fingerprinting machine and take a receipt
- Approach 24/240 hour visa free transit counter where you will present arrival card, fingerprinting receipt and your flight tickets. After a short check you will receive a temporary entry permit that will allow you to exit the airport.
- Head to the immigration and then to collect your luggage and to make a transfer to Daxing airport
It is important to use correct terminology because this is a not 24 hour free transit visa, but 24 hour visa free transit or in other words, there is no visa of any kind. Have a nice journey.
