144 Visa Free Transit

Hi,

I am a UK Citizen traveling UK- Shanghai on the 24th July, staying until 30th July then flying to Lombok via Singapore. Then return Lombok - Singapore - Shanghai - UK.

Is this eligible for 144-hr visa free transit?

Thanks!
