Algerian travelling to Paris from Tokyo transiting in PVG

Hello
Please tell me , do I need a transit visa to stay inside the PVG airport transit area for 6 hours?
Next week I will be travelling from Tokyo to Paris
How about Covid, is there any form to be filled in advance to transit via PVG?

You are covered by 24-hour visa transit so you don't need any visa. You may need to prepare a DIY antigen test.
