Algerian living in Saudi arabia

I'm Algerian living in Saudi Arabia (Residence permit holder) and having Schengen visa. Can I apply for tourist visa to china (Visiting Hainan and Shenzhen) from Riyadh in Saudi Arabia or from Algiers and what are the needed document

You can apply for it in Riyadh. The needed documents include your passport valid for at least six months, application form attached with recently-taken photo, the original and photocpy of your residence permit in Saudi Arabia, and round-trip tickets and hotel bookings.
