About:China Family Reunion Visa

Can I apply Chinese Q2 visa successfully with a criminl record of Cannabis use?

Hi there, I have verbal violence and threatening behavior criminal record and a cannabis using record in the last couple months. What's the possibility I can apply for Q2 Visa successfully? thanks for advise.
