About:China Visa on Arrival

Is malaysian visitor allowed VOA at Hainan, then visiting Wuhan or other cities?

I have visited China with a visa not more than 3 months.
can I re-visit without visa by landing in Hainan and apply for VOA?

You can visit Hainai without a visa with the duration of 30 days depending on your round-trip flight tickets and hotel orders. However, you can not visit other Chinese mainland cities. So you'd better apply for a China visa in advance if you plan to Wuhan, too.
