Is there a venue in Cape Town where I can apply and obtain for a Chinese Visa

Is there a venue in Cape Town where we, my wife Tosca and I Pieter van der Hoven, can apply for and obtain a Chinese Visa and how long does it take. If so can I please be provided with the necessary contact details

No, sadly this Cape Town Centre is still closed, only JHB, and since 6 weeks ago Durban, Centres are currently open. You have to travel there, by appointment.
