EU citizen applying in another EU country
Hello, Im going to China with my bf, we are both EU citizen (Dutch and Italian), i will apply for Q2 visa since my mom is chinese citizen, while my bf will apply for L visa since we are not married. Question is, is it a problem if he applies in netherlands while being an Italian citizen? He doesn't have a resident permit in NL since it's not needed for EU citizen. He does have employer statement to approve that he works in NL, is that enough? Thanks
