L visa extension

Hi, I didn't get a registration of temporary residence until now. I am already on my 19th day on China with L visa.
I planned to extend but it says I need the temporary residence within 24hrs of arrival in China. Can I still get it?

I'm afraid that it is hard for you to get the extension and you will be warned and even fined by local police station.
