About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Overstay

I over stayed before for one year then later they started giving us T Visa in 2020 to 2021 then I apply for work permit on the day of my appointment they said I need to exit and reapply again because of my over stay now I want to reapply but am scared if the overstay is still in my record

Generally speaking, the overstay will be in your record.
