About:Visa on Arrival

India passport holder - Travel to Shenzhen from Hong Kong

Hi, my friend is studying in Hong Kong and she holds an India passport and HKID (not permanent resident). We would like to visit Shenzhen for the day. I would like to know if my friend is eligible for the 5-day VOA? Thanks so much!

Generally, it is more recommended to obtain a China visa in advance. She can have a try but it is not guaranteed as no Indian passport holders have any positive feedback recently.
