5 Days ShenZhen Visa on arrival coming from Hongkong to Shenzhen Shekou Port all Possible?

If you continue with your plans, I suggest you to take a ferry from Hong Kong to Shekou port in Shenzhen because this is the place where it is really complicated for Chinese side to reject you. By the way, Shekou visa office opening hours are: 9:00 - 13:00 & 14:30 - 16:30.

I'm not so sure about regulation of Shenzhen 5Day visa requirement whether you need a Hongkong immigration stamp before you can transit to ShenZhen (to indicate that you travel from Hongkong in order to meet the 5 Day VOA) or Ferry directly from the airport without passing through immigration of Hongkong will be able to go directly to Shenzhen and apply for 5 Days VOA?

It is not important to have a Hong Kong stamp or not. The problem is you are possible to be rejected due to the great pressure of VOA offices recently. So it is more recommended to obtain a China visa in advance.
