About:China Visa on Arrival

I am from Mexico, and need to be in Shanghai for International Show on May 14th to 17th, but there is no VISA meeting available on my country on time. What do you suggest me?

The best option in your case would be an itinerary that would allow you 144 hour visa free transit in Shanghai area. Like this, you would be able to enter China or to be precise, winder Shanghai area visa free, to attend the show and to exit the country.

To be eligible for this option your itinerary has to have immediate points before and after Shanghai in two different eligible geographical entities that consist of countries and three Chinese provinces: Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau.

For example, it would be ideal if you can create something like this, having in mind the entities where Mexican citizens do not need a visa:

Seoul - Shanghai - Hong Kong

or

Tokyo - Shanghai - Seoul

or

some other combination based on the criteria I have mentioned.

You can travel to Shanghai on two separate tickets, you can use low cost flights and whatever, but just keep in mind the requirements of immediate points before and after Shanghai in tow different geographical entities.
