About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

London-Shenzhen-Kuala Lumpur

Hi, I'm Polish traveling to Malaysia via Shenzhen. First layover is 21 h, then after two weeks on the way back 13h layover in Shenzhen. Do I need VoA or will I be eligible for 24 free visa?

You don't need any kind of visa, but you will rely on 24 hours visa free transit in Shenzhen.

You will just do the following upon your arrival in Shenzhen:

- You will approach 24/144 hours visa free transit desk where you will apply for a free temporary entry permit to be allowed to exit the airport. This is a simple procedure. After you are granted a permit, you will exit the airport and enjoy the city in the way you like.
- You will do exactly the same during your second layover
- Do not forget that Chinese authorities still require a PCR or antigen test that should not be older than 48 hours at the time of boarding your China bound flight.
