Singapore passprt

Can a Singapore passport holder buy this visa for entry into shenzhen from MACAU (by ferry)

Yes, this is possible, but have in mind that only Shekou port in Shenzhen has a visa office that is open: 9:00 - 13:00 & 14:30 - 16:30. So, plan your arrival at Shekou port accordingly.
