Cruiseships under the TWOV rule

I'll be cruising in 2024 to Tianjin, Beijing, Shanghai.
Each port will stay 12-24 hours in port and travel.
Is the TWOV qualify for cruiseships.
I'm not flying in or out of China as stated. There is a photo showing ships.

The TWOV is qualified for the cruiseships. But you are not transitting there, so not eligible for the TWOV. You need to apply for a double-entry China visa in advance, as you will enter China twice: one in Tianjin (also including the visit to Beijing) and other other in Shanghai if I understand right.
