Travel from Guangzhou to Macau and back to Guangzhou

I am thinking of traveling from Guangzhou to Macau by the bullet train from Guangzhou to Zhuhai. I am an Indian national and have a single entry visa for China (which is used), but want to travel back to Guangzhou for my flight back to India (the same day I reach back to Guangzhou). Can I travel back to Guangzhou the next day or I need to apply for new visa? Any transit visa which may be possible?
