Nihao. Qingwen, I want to buy a ticket from Hong Kong West to Guangzhou south, but I see no option to pickup ticket in person. How can I buy and receive this ticket? I’m flying into Hong Kong the same day. Thank you.

There is no need to pick up the paper ticket any more. You can use your ID card used for booking, like the passport to get onboard. If you want to pick up the paper ticket as a souvenir, you can do it at Hong Kong West Kowloon Railway Station, via the self-serviced ticket machine or ticket counter.
