Possible to arrive Pudong from Bangkok and 4 days later leave for Hong Kong via Hongqiao, thanks

Bangkok - Pudong and then Hongqiao - Hong Kong

Is definitely eligible for 144 hours visa free transit in the wider Shanghai area.
