Going to Hong Kong and Shenzhen / Guangdong

Can people from Sinagapore go there with the uplift on 15 March 2023?

The suspension of Singapore passport holders visiting China for up to 15 days visa free has not been lifted. So you still need a visa to Shenzhen in Guangdong Province.
