144 hour visa route

Hello,
I am holding a Canadian passport planning to travel to Shanghai and Guangzhou in May, can I do
Hong Kong - Shanghai - Hong Kong and then another trip 2 or 3 days later
Hong Kong - Guangzhou - Hong Kong

No, both routes are not eligible and you need a third destination for both.
