About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Is it already possible again to apply for a Chinese visa in Hongkong as a foreigner visiting Hongk?

Yes, it's possible. But they don't make tourist visas currently.

I finish my bachelor degree in China and now I have admission latter from another university for masters degree but my visa will expire soo, Can I go to hk and apply for x1 visa ?

You are suggested to change your visa within China at first. It's not guaranteed you will make it in HK, either.
