From Guangdong to HK to Beijing

Hi,
Netherlands passport asking if the following is possible; Arrival in Guangdong with TWOV 144 hrs then go to HK (3rd country) via ferry/train, and from HK fly to Beijing for another 144 hrs TWOV before going back to Europe. Thank you for your advice!!
