Emergency visa

Hi,
My application of Chinese visa was pre screened, and I was asked to send the list of documents on line, including the passport, application form and the supporting docs. I sent all of them three weeks ago. I have not heard from the visa office ever since, how long does it take to send the visa to me? Is there a way to track the progress?

It usually takes 4 working days to process it. You'd better contact the application center to see what happened. If rejected, find the reason, correct it so as to apply again.

Thanks for your response. What is the contact number or email for the application office? I've called many times using the number on their website, never got a person to pick up the phone.
