Q2 change to Q1 in China

I have Q2 visa and extended once. Mother’s health issue needs me to stay longer. Is it possible to change to Q1 in China? I do have 10 year multiple entry visa also, but cannot use it due to pandemic. Thanks in advance for your information!

Hello, did you renew your q2 visa in china or have to go to Hong Kong or Taiwan to renew?
