Studying in China with a Z VISA

Hi there,

I know you cannot work in China holding a student visa; but is it possible to study in China if you have a Z visa (working visa)? If so, would the procedure be: enter China with a Z visa and then switch it to Chinese Temporary Residence Permit. Once you have the Chinese Temporary Residence Permit, if you have a part time job for instnace, you can use your free time and study Mandarin or whatever, right?

It is possible to study in China if you have a Z visa. During your part time, it is allowed to study mandarin or whatever. However, your job must be a formal job, not a part time job.
