About:China Tourist Visa

Hello, I am a student who is studying in the UK. How should I apply for visa to visit my sister?

I am originally Myanmar citizen and I would like to ask how should I apply tourist visa to china from the UK. On the other hand, I am not going to stay at the hotel cuz I am going to stay with my sister who is studying in Shanghai and living in her own flat. What documents do I need to prepare for it. Do I need to prepare for invitation letter that wrote in Chinese from my sister if I apply for visa. And what should I do if I would like to stay there more than 30 days. And how much does it costs for visa fees. Thank you so much.

Then you can apply for L visa with an invitation letter from your sister. It doesn't need to write in Chinese but it should include:
(1) Personal information of the invitee: name, gender, date of birth, etc.;
(2) The invitee's itinerary information: arrival and departure date, travel location, etc.;
(3) Information of the inviter: name of the inviter, contact number, address, signature of the inviter, etc.

The visa fee generally costs £21 for a single-entry visa.
